ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to produce the petitioner's wife Rajeshwari, aged 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The second respondent produced the detenu. The detenu informs that she knows the petitioner, but she is not his wife. She had appeared before the second respondent and thereafter, returned to her parental home. She informs of, now been under the care of mother, the fourth respondent and expressed the wish to continue to be so.
