ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent is the owner of the house and he entered into a lease agreement with the petitioner herein. Subsequently, the third respondent availed a loan from the fourth respondent Bank by pledging the said house and thereafter, failed to repay the loan amount and now, the fourth respondent is taking steps to seize the house. Based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner to evict the house.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submits that they are not harassing the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner only approached the second respondent with a complaint that the third and fourth respondents are harassing her 2/5
in order to evict her from the house. He further submits that the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry and therefore, they have not proceeded with the enquiry.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that they are not harassing the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the allegation levelled in the petition seems to be purely civil in nature and hence, the Police is expected not to interfere with the same.
