executed by the 1st respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent in Doc.No. 1757 of , dated 03.03.2025 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Thuraiyur and quash both as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to regularize the petitioner's Home Loan Account No.242700950100018 and provide an opportunity under One Time Settlement to settle the entire loan amount within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum under the Securitisation and 2/4

Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, if any grievance exists. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
