ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet as against the petitioner in C.C.No.206 of 2013 in Crime No.532 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has produced the death certificate of the petitioner that he was died on 22.05.2017 and as such, the charge has already been abated. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
