This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai in C.M.P. No.7405 of 2018 in C.C. No.103 of 2009, dated 18.09.2018 and also sought for a direction to recall and re-examine the P.W.2 & P.W.3, within the time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.M.R. Sreenivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and also perused the material documents available on record.
