Seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.781/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Trichy on 15.11.2015. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.1853 of 2016 is closed.
