RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Hon`ble court in Crl.OP.No.6692 of 2020 order dated 26.06.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 26.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6692 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Madurai, with two sureties, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready. According to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were unable to arrange the sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6692 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
