RESPONDENT/PLAINTIFF PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the entire records relating to proceedings filed in O.S.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Judge, Sivagangai and strike off the same.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Judge, Sivagangai vide the letter in D.No.7585/2018 dated 09.11.2018 and none appeared for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- By order dated 20.08.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.254/18 in O.S.No.09/17, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.7585/2018 dated 09.11.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 20.08.2018 made in this revision.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for

extension of time, two months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 20.08.2018.
