This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 69 of 2019 dated 23.02.2019 and file final report.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Action dropped' on 16.06.2019.
