O R D E R

The grievance of the revision petitioner is that, she has filed H.M.O.P.No.755 of 2015, for declaring the alleged marriage as null and void and the respondent herein is dragging on the proceedings just to harass her.

2.The matter was posted for cross examination of PW1, as early as 15.02.2016. Though Exps. P1 to P5 were marked, on her behalf on that day, the respondent herein is dragging on the proceedings for more than one year for one reason or other. Inspite of granting 23 adjournments, he has not so far cross examined PW1.

3.B-Diary extract produced by the revision petitioner fortifies the above said submission.

4.Therefore, the Learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to expedite the process and dispose of H.M.O.P.No.755 of 2015 not later by 30.09.2017.

5.With this above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
