O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 6 & 7 not to give any protection to the 9th respondent for putting up the construction in the disputed property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the private respondents 7 to 9 was present before this Court and submitted that because of the civil dispute regarding the administration of the School, trouble has been made by the petitioner and purposely this petition has been filed by giving a complaint. The matter was listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. But, even today, there is no representation, for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the private respondents is present.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
