The above petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the order made in C.M.P.(MD)No.3554 of 2021 in S.A.(MD)SR.No.53649 of 2020 dated 30.04.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is seen from the records that the petition to condone the delay in filing the petition to restore C.M.P.

(MD)No.3554 of 2021 was allowed by this Court and the present petition is for restoration of the said petition.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to restore the petition in C.M.P.(MD)No.3554 of 2021 on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 19.01.2026.
