This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1244 of 2012.

2. It is represented that, as against the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1244 of 2012, a Writ Appeal has been filed, and the same is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Counsel on either side requested to close this Contempt Petition, pending disposal of Writ Appeal.

3. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the Contempt Petition after the disposal of the Writ Appeal.
