This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.156 of 2019 dated 05.04.2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sessions Court Police Station, Trichy City.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Trichy and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.185 of 2022.
