ORDER
It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents 5 to 7 herein not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to insist the petitioner to vacate from the house in survey No.49 4A/5B2 for the extent of 8 cents situated at Meelavittan Village, Thoothukudi District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called only for interrogation in connection with the complaint given by her and neither there is harassment nor interference in the civil dispute by the respondents. He would further submit that the presence of the petitioner is not required anymore by the respondents.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
