The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.368 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Kulasekaram, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and it has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Padmanabhapuram.

3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
