This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.353 of 2011, dated 17.11.2011 within a time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.353 of 2011 was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai on 30.04.2012 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.105 of 2016 on 07.03.2016.
