ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.100/2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that compromise was reached between the parties and therefore, during the course of investigation, the accused person executed sale deed in favour of the second respondent. The second respondent has given a statement that no further action is required on her complaint. Based upon the compromise, further action was dropped and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
