This petition is filed to condone the delay of 430 days in filing the second appeal.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petitioner is aged about 83 years and he is bedridden and the second petitioner is taking care of her. Therefore, the appeal could not be filed in time.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondent seeks a short accommodation. Though the respondent has entered appearance on 06.06.2024, he has not filed any counter so far.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

Registry shall number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
