The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate disciplinary action against the fourth respondent on the petitioner's petition, dated 10.06.2020 for misusal of his official powers 1/3

2. The petitioner is the adopted daughter of Mrs.Ananthammal and the fourth respondent has acted against the petitioner. After the death of said Ananthammal the property was sold out to somebody, which was facilitated by the fourth respondent. The main contention of the petitioner is that the first respondent has acted in favour of the fourth respondent. Therefore, he sought for a direction.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court put the question to the petitioner's counsel that what is the evidence to show she is the adopted daughter. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except the legal heir certificate issued by the Tahsildar, no material is available.

4. The entire allegation is with regard to title of property. The issue whether the petitioner is a adopted daughter or not is to be decided only by the Civil Court and not by the Tahsildar by issuing certificate. The allegation is omnibus in nature. In such view of the matter, no material is produced to prove that the first respondent is acted against the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
