2017 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for R1, R2 not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the Petition in AS.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 15.11.2017, by directing the trial Court to disposed of the Petition, on or before 31.01.2018. Now the trial Court seeks further more time for disposing the petition. Hence, the matter was listed today.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection for granting further more time for disposal of AS.No.5 of 2015 to the trial Court.

4. Hence, further three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of the Petition in A.S.No.5 of 2015.
