ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records relating to the case in S.C.No.246 of 2014, pending on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Valliyoor, Thirunelveli District, and to quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Valliyoor, Thirunelveli District, after conducting the trial, has passed a judgment dated 17.10.2019, acquitting the accused including the petitioner herein under Section 235(1) Cr.P.C, and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
