This Writ Petition has been filed by Janaher, who is wor B.T. Assistant seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him on 19.01.2015. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent seeking a prayer to set aside the promotion given to S.Meera and thereafter, to promote him as a Head Master.

5. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 19.01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
