ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to complete the trial and dispose of the case in D.O.P.No. 164 of 2015 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. 2.The petitioner filed D.O.P.No.164 of 2015 in the month of March, 2015. The respondent filed counter statement on 19.11.2015. D.O.P.No.164 of 2015 is posted for enquiry from 27.11.2015 and the same is not taken up for final hearing. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the D.O.P.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to dispose of D.O.P.No.164 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, 30th June, 2017. No costs.
