ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to give police protection, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.05.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit has been ended and reached its finality. So nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The learned counsel for the third respondent has also submitted that the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2018 has been dismissed by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. In view of the above submissions the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
