Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order in Rc.No.31511/13/N2-4 dated 13.11.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and the same is illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to transfer the petitioner to any district in the academic year 2014 - 2015 for the post of Additional Treasury Officer.

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order in Rc.No.31511/13/N2-4, dated 13.11.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent not to transfer the petitioner to any district in the academic year 2014 - 2015 for the post of Additional Treasury Officer. 2.Now the relief sought for by the petitioner no longer exists and hence, the Writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
