ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Dindigul vide the letter in D.No.1140/2018 dated 25.10.2018, and upon hearing of Mr. C.Vakeeswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order:

The learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul, by letter dated 25.10.2018, has requested extension of time by six months to dispose of O.S.No.106 of 2012.
