This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.03.2022, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 24.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
