ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members as against from the respondents 3 and 4, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.150 of 2023 was registered on 27.03.2023 for the offences punishable under Section 294(b) of IPC.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after registering the above said FIR, the private respondents threatened the petitioner.

4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no life threat to the petitioner by the private respondent.

5. Since FIR has been registered, on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner and no life threat is involved, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
