The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to release the loan amount of Rs.8,83,364/- towards the petitioner's loan after receiving the sanctioned subsidy amount from the third respondent as per the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/0226/2013/Tho.Mu.Thi dated 20.05.2014 along with the petitioner's share in the scheme as recommended in Form-III dated 23.09.2013.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 stated that the loan has been sanctioned.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the loan has been sanctioned and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
