Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner seeks action to be taken in respect of Survey No. 552/3, Murugur Village. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced the revenue record. It is seen therefrom that it is a patta land. No material has been placed before us to show that it is a water body. Hence the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 3.This Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
