[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, dated 20.03.2025 in Cr.M.P.No. 500 of 2025 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The said order is not susceptible to writ jurisdiction, since the petitioner has to approach the jurisdiction Debts Recovery Tribunal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly contend that a petition has already been instituted before the Tribunal and it is pending.

4. If that being so, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievance before the Tribunal in the manner known to law. 2/4

5. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. It is needless to state that the period during which this writ petition was pending be considered for condoning the delay.
