Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to tender cum auction notice in Na.Ka.No. 2198/2014/C2 dated 12.12.2014 and quash the same as arbitrary illegal null and void in respect of the cycle stand in front of bus stand and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to run the cycle stand till 31.03.2016.
