This Writ Petition has been filed by Neelakantan, who was suspended by the order dated 29.07.2015. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 31.08.2015. During the pendency of the matter, he was dismissed from service. Depriving of bread and butter, the petitioner has come to this Court seeking early disposal of the pending appeal. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, taking notice, has submitted that the petitioner has filed the appeal on 31.08.2015 before the first respondent and if six months time is given, the same would be disposed on merits.

5. Accepting the request made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court grants six months time for disposing the appeal dated 31.08.2015 on merits and in accordance with law.
