The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievances of the writ petitioner was considered by the competent authority and accordingly, the same was redressed. The writ petitioner was promoted to the post of B.T. Assistant and posted to some other place. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
