ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in custody since 03.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 302 and 506 (ii) r/w 34 of I.P.C. in Crime No.276 of 2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The first petitioner is having one previous case under Section 392 of I.P.C.
4.Considering the antecedents of the first petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed in so far as the first petitioner is concerned.
5.Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners 2 and 3 with certain condition. Accordingly, the petitioners 2 and 3 are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i) the petitioners 2 and 3 shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

(ii)the petitioners 2 and 3 are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. (iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners 2 and 3 in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners 2 and 3 released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].
