ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Learned Family Judge, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.777 of 2014.

2. The petitioner has filed an application in H.M.O.P.No.777 of 2014 before the Family Court, Madurai seeking for divorce. The respondent wantonly dragon the proceedings and the same is pending without any progress from the year 2014. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.777 of 2014.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Family Court, Madurai.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.777 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, on dayhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to-day basis, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
