PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and further direct the second respondent to discontinue the harassment on the petitioner and his family members forthwith. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and further directing the second respondent to discontinue the harassment on the petitioner and his family members forthwith. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the defacto complainant has been enquired and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
