Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioners are said to be addicted to drugs. They tried to spoil the brother of the defacto complainant. When it was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioners have brutally assaulted him.
