This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.128 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mudukulathur Police Station, Ramnad District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation was completed and during the course of investigation, it was found that it is mistake of fact. On the above said basis, final report was filed before the concerned Court.

3.Since final report was filed before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact', nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
