ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the impleaded respondent submitted that the Tahsildar, Tirunelveli Taluk will hold Peace Committee Meeting on 22.04.2024 at 03.00 p.m. Notices shall be issued to the authority concerned in the meanwhile by the impleaded respondent. If in the peace committee meeting all the issues are amicably resolved, then permission as sought for will be given by the authority concerned to celebrate the temple festival.

2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
