ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by B.Jayachandran, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the pensionary benefits of the petitioner such as DCRG amount, Encashment of Earned Leave, lead on private affairs and GPF amount by considering the petitioner's representations dated 22.08.2015 and 03.09.2015.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was retired as Physical Director Grade I, on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2015, after rendering 32 years of service, from the date of his appointment on 11.12.1982. When the petitioner has been paid with monthly pension, the benefits such as, DCRG amount, encashment of earned leave, lead on private affairs and GPF amount, have not been settled so far. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the first and third respondents on 22.08.2015. Since the representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5, after taking notice, sought two months time to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2015, for the disbursement of retirement benefits.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the respondents 3 to 5 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2015 and disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
