O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the de facto complainant in Crime No.30 of 2021 dated 02.02.2021 on the file of the second respondent herein. The grievance of the petitioner is that on 02.02.2021, she was brutally attacked by the accused and inspite of the First Information Report (F.I.R.), the accused has not been secured so far and the respondent police is also not taking proper steps. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8027 of 2021 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

4. Considering the age of the petitioner being 81 years, there shall be direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
