Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Athi.Mu.No.796/A1/2015 dated . 08.2015 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to fix the scale of pay to the petitioner adding Rs.750/- as personal pay with the basic pay in the promotion cadre as per the clarification letter issued by the government dated 18.04.2012 and confer all the consequential benefits.
