Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as the Senior Lecturer in DTERT/DIET now renamed as State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) in the second respondent Department recruited through the notification of the third respondent dated 31.12.2011 and pass orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.
