ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2022, seeking for allotment of land comprised in S.No.244/3, situated at T.Panchampatti Village for Christian Graveyard. Since the representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.Heard Ms.A.Banumathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation earlier on 04.04.2022 and the learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that on 12.04.2022, the third respondent has already forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the first respondent. Once, again the petitioner has sent a representation on 19.04.2022.

W.P.(MD)No.8488 of 2022 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2022, seeking for allotment of the property comprised in S.No.244/3 at T.Panchampatti Village for Christian Graveyard, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
