Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire record pertaining to the impugned sale notice dated 30.01.2023 issued by the first respondent as well as the impugned sale certificate dated 20.02.2023 executed by the first respondent in favour of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to accept the amount paid fourth and fifth respondents on behalf of the writ petition impugned sale certificate dated 20.02.2023 executed by the first respondent in favour of the third respondent and close the loan account.

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] What is under challenge in this writ petition is the sale notice dated 30.01.2023, issued by the respondent - Bank.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank would submit that sale has already been taken place and certificate of sale has also been issued and registered.
3. Hence, we do not see any necessity to entertain this writ petition. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the sale in the manner known to law, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
