PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to pass an order directing the learned Principal Sub-Court, Pudukottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2013 within a reasonable time frame.

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the O.S.No.3 of 2013 pending before the Principal Sub-Court, Pudukottai.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Principal Sub-Court, Pudukottai, to dispose O.S.No.3 of 2013 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
