The writ petition has been filed the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the third respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.03.2023 and pass necessary orders.

2. The husband of the petitioner, Muniyasamy, died in a Motor accident on 30.01.2022. In this case, a FIR in Crime No.35 of 2022 had been registered. The petitioner had not stated in the affidavit whether any petition has been preferred before the Motor Accident 2/5

Claims Tribunal at Paramakudi. The present writ petition is confined to seeking solatium from the Government. The petitioner had given necessary application.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who had taken notice on behalf of the respondents stated that the petitioner is in serial No.38 in seniority and in accordance with the seniority, necessary relief will be granted to the petitioner herein.

4. Recording the said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required to be passed.

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
