PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the property of the petitioner situated in Old S.No.25 of Meenatchipuram Village, Manthikulam, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, within the time frame fixed by this Court. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the property of the petitioner situated in Old S.No.25 of Meenatchipuram Village, Manthikulam, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the first respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
